How we work

From first conversation to fielded AI.

No black box. No moving deadlines. Production AI by week eight, with every step agreed up front and your operators in the lead throughout.

Where it starts

A conversation, not a contract.

A free opportunity assessment identifies the bottleneck worth solving first and where AI would pay back fastest. It takes about thirty minutes of your time, and we will tell you plainly if the answer is "not yet".

The operation

Eight weeks, four phases, one fielded capability.

    Reconnaissance

    Weeks 1–2

    We lock the scope together

We map the workflow with the people who do it, find where the hours go, and lock the scope together. You sign off on a written scope and a clickable wireframe before a line of code is written.

    What we need from you
A few hours with the people who do the work, and a scope sign-off.
    Output
Signed-off scope. Clickable wireframe. Data access confirmed.
  2. 02

    Build

    Weeks 3–6

    Four weeks of focused engineering

We assemble the capability around the agreed workflow from components already proven in production, inside your boundary, with a weekly demonstration of working software.

    What we need from you
Answer questions as they come up. Attend the weekly demo.
    Output
Working software on your data every week. No surprises at the end.
  3. 03

    Exercise

    Week 7

    Your operators, real cases

Your operators use the system on real cases in a structured exercise. Their feedback tunes the AI and the workflow. They stay in control of what it does and does not do.

    What we need from you
Real users, real cases, candid feedback.
    Output
Tuned system. Evidence package for your assessors. Go/no-go.
  4. 04

    Field

    Week 8

    Production, not a pilot

Final tuning, cutover and launch. Production, not a pilot. You own the workflows, the structured data and what the AI has learned, with support agreed separately.

    What we need from you
    A go-live sign-off.
    Output
Fielded capability, documentation, and the keys.

The working model

Three commitments we make on every engagement.

A senior, U.S.-based team

The engineers who scope the work build it. No handoff to a bench, no offshore layer between you and the people writing the code.

A weekly rhythm

A standing progress call, a working demo every week, and milestone sessions at each phase boundary. You always know where the operation stands.

Your people in the lead

Nothing ships that your operators have not reviewed. The AI serves the people doing the work, and they decide what good looks like.

What we need from you

Four things. About six to eight hours a week.

Time with the people who do the work
Not their managers. The operators, analysts and clerks who carry the workflow today. They know where it breaks.
Early access to data, even if messy
We would rather see the real thing in week one than a clean sample in week four. Messy is normal.
One decision-maker with authority
Someone who can say yes between milestones so the operation does not stall waiting on a meeting.
Candid feedback from real users
Politeness in week seven becomes a problem in month three. Tell us what is wrong.

After go-live

The second capability starts ahead.

Every capability leaves behind structured data, a mapped workflow and operators who know what to ask for. Teams that start with one bottleneck tend to find the next one is half the work, and the third is a conversation.

Before you ask

Straight answers.

How long does it take?
Eight weeks from kickoff to fielded capability is the standard operation. Reconnaissance before kickoff is a few hours of your time.
What does it cost, and what is free?
The opportunity assessment and scoping are free. The build is priced up front against the signed-off scope. Sustainment after go-live is agreed separately.
How is this different from a custom build?
We assemble from components already proven in production and only build the part that is specific to you. That is the difference between weeks and years.
Will it work with our existing systems?
Yes. We connect to systems of record through their supported interfaces and write back only under a policy you approve. We do not ask you to replace anything.
Our data is a mess. Is that a problem?
It is the normal condition. Structuring messy data is the foundation every capability runs on, and it is part of the eight weeks.
What happens after week eight?
You own it. Most teams keep us on for sustainment and for the next capability, but that is your choice, not a dependency.
Can you work in classified or disconnected environments?
We design for deployment inside your boundary, including air-gapped networks with open-weight models on your hardware. Personnel and facility arrangements are discussed case by case.
What if the problem is bigger than one workflow?
We start with the bottleneck that pays back fastest, then expand. The first capability leaves structured data that makes the second cheaper.

Next step

Your mission is ready for an advantage.

Thirty minutes. Tell us where the work piles up and we will tell you, candidly, whether AI changes it. No pitch deck, no pilot purgatory.
