The commercial AI wave was built for consumers and office productivity. The defense enterprise got the leftovers: tools that cannot run inside the boundary, vendors that cannot pass a security review, and pilots that never reach the field.
We started Nexvar to close that gap. Purpose-built AI, designed around how a unit, program office or agency actually works, fielded inside its accredited environment in weeks, and owned by the people who use it.

Engineering principles
Four rules we do not bend.
- Humans in the lead
- AI carries the load and writes down what it did. People make the call. Autonomy is set per use case by risk, never by default.
- Built where the data lives
- We design for your boundary, including disconnected networks, because the mission does not move to the cloud to suit a vendor.
- Assembled, not invented
- Components proven in production, with only the mission-specific part new. That is how eight weeks is honest.
- Nothing we cannot show
- Every output is traceable to its sources and its reasoning. If we cannot explain a result to an assessor, we do not ship it.
